The patented Superior Walls system consists of 5,000+ PSI concrete wall panels, which eliminate the need for additional damp proofing or tarring, steel-reinforced concrete studs, reinforced top bond beam and bottom footer beam and 1-inch continuous rigid DOW Styrofoam insulation. Superior Walls are custom-manufactured to each building’s specifications, complete with window and door openings, beam pockets, brick ledge, and many other custom features. The precast panels are created in customized lengths and standard heights of 4’, 4’8”, 8’2”, 9’ and 10’. The foundation system meets or exceeds code requirements of IRC, BOCA, ICBO and SBCCI. The Superior Walls system consists of wall panels built with steel-reinforced concrete studs, 1" rigid Dow® insulation, a reinforced top bond beam and bottom footer beam, along with a concrete facing approximately 2" thick. The top and bottom beams and concrete facing are cast in one continuous pour. Studs are connected by encapsulating vertical rebar and galvanized hooks and pins which protrude from the top, bottom, and back of each stud. Pressure-treated furring strips are pre-attached to the inner face of each stud to allow the owner/builder to finish the basement without having to add any additional studding. For added convenience, holes are pre-cast into each stud to accommodate wiring and small-diameter plumbing, and into the top bond beam to allow for bolting of the pressure-treated sill plates.

DRY.
Superior Walls foundations are produced in the controlled environment of our factory to ensure a higher quality product, every time. Superior Walls concrete mix features a water/cement ratio of .4 and yields a minimum compressive strength of 5,000 PSI. Additionally, the concrete is formed directly to full-length insulation in the factory, creating a formidable barrier to moisture and water vapor. Joints are specially sealed with a triple bead of Bostik sealant. The result is a moisture resistant wall that requires no additional damp proofing.

WARM.
Superior Walls are created with extra living space in mind, so they arrive from the factory pre-insulated and ready to finish. Because we know that over 20% of a building’s energy loss can occur through the basement, our DOW Styrofoam insulated walls save money on energy bills while making a comfortable living environment. And the space between the studs is perfect for adding additional insulation as high as R-24.

We design-in precast access holes for easy wiring, wood nailers for effortless drywall installation, and built in openings for your windows and doors. Our high-strength 5,000+ PSI concrete includes fiber mesh for additional strength. The rebar-reinforced concrete studs, 24” on center, make Superior Walls stronger than traditional foundations in handling lateral load forces. We also have the ability to add extra studs to support point loads in excess of 25,000 pounds. Our manufacturing procedures ensure that our standards are met through rigorous testing of the slump and concrete quality of each pour. Additionally, we utilize test cylinders with each pour to ensure the concrete strength of your foundation.

FAST.
Superior Walls are the quickest way for your foundation to be built and ready to be finished. Walls can be produced from your plans before you go in for permit, allowing us to have your foundation produced and ready prior to your excavation being completed.
